This I suppose is sort of a "Crazy" question but, here goes. Back in about 1985 I was listening to WBCN in Boston ,Mass. , a Rock and Roll station at the time. They mixed things up from time to time and they played the song "Crazy" that Patsy Cline made famous except that it wasn't Patsy singing it. I thought they said at the time that Patti Page was singing but I can find no information on this at her web site. I thought they also said Bobby Garrett was playing steel but I can't find info on this either. Memory? Where did it go? Anyway, any thoughts?
Thanks.

Pete

If it was a rock station you heard it on I'd say you probably heard the Linda Ronstadt version which might have been Dan Dugmore or Sneaky Pete Kleinow on steel.....JH in Va.

I really don't think it was Linda Ronstadt singinf this one but it was a long time ago. Did Bobby Garrett ever back up this song on steel and if so for who?
