Dave don't know who steel player was , but think it might have been Davie Holland.I have not worked for that particular artist ,but have worked with quite a few American artists including Laura Cantrell,Ben Vaughan, John Herald, Chip Taylor, Kevin Montgomery,Tom Armstrong, as well as providing the support act to Dale Watson, BR549, The Mavericks, Robbie Foulkes ,The Flatlanders , all great guys to work with .Regards MALCOLM |

![]() Hi Guys! Yes it was me who toured with Joni and Heather. And what a laugh it was too, playing at Americana was a blast as always! I was supposed to work with Joni again this year, but between moving house, and my own bands` commitments (Evangeline), I could only manage a few dates. I think Cliff Weston was given the call in my absence but not sure. Hope this helps, and I`m interested in what you have in mind Al.
